Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a India IT Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top tier IT talent in the India market. You will manage the recruitment process end to end, by sourcing the right candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. You should be familiar with Indian IT recruitment practices and regulations, and be able to work independently as an individual contributor in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the data science and engineering domain
Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies to fill job openings
Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
Experience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
