Job Description–Merchandising
Position: Merchandising
Location: Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram122018
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
Gender: Male/Female (both can apply)
Joining: Immediate (Gurgaon-based candidates preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
 Plan develop, and execute merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives.
 Oversee product development and sampling process from concept to delivery.
 Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely product launches.
 Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to guide buying and merchandising decisions.
 Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product positioning and pricing strategies align with business goals.
 Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to optimize stock management.
 Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency across all merchandising operations.
 Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Key Requirements:
 Graduate or Postgraduate in Merchandising, Fashion Management, or related field.
 Minimum3-5yearsofrelevantexperience in merchandising, preferably in consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
 Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
 Excellent coordination and vendor management capabilities.
 Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools.
 Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
 Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
