* Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred) or a related field.
* Teaching Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on teaching experience in K-12 schools.
* Demonstration Expertise: Experience in presenting and demonstrating educational products to school management, Principals, and teachers.
* Content Creation: Ability to prepare clear, professional product presentations, demo decks, and communication materials.
* Training Ability: Skills to conduct engaging teacher workshops, academic orientations, and product training sessions for the Sales Team.
* Academic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, and current K-12 teaching methodologies.
* Travel Willingness: Flexibility and readiness to travel across Rajasthan for school visits and workshops.
