US IT Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market, excellent sourcing skills, and experience recruiting candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates for various IT roles while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified IT professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other sourcing platforms.
Review resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' technical background, communication skills, and overall suitability.
Work closely with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the submission process.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular status updates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability with clients.
Negotiate pay rates, salary, and employment terms with candidates when required.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on current US IT staffing trends, technologies, job markets, and hiring practices.
Meet daily and monthly recruiting targets and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5+ years of experience in US IT Recruiting or US Staffing.
Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis, Infrastructure, and Project Management.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms.
Good understanding of W2, 1099, C2C, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire hiring models.
Familiarity with US work authorization categories and staffing processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
