Lumen Solutions is looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team in Noida.
This is more than a sourcing role.
We’re looking for a high-caliber TA professional with strong US Staffing experience who knows how to identify, engage, assess, attract, negotiate with, and close top talent — including passive candidates.
🎯 What You’ll Own
You’ll take ownership of Lumen’s internal hiring and help us build high-performing teams across:
US IT Recruiters & Senior Recruiters
Account Managers / Account Executives
BDMs & Sales Professionals
Delivery & Operations
Leadership & other critical internal positions
🔎 What We’re Looking For
✅ 1-7 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience
✅ US Staffing / IT Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
✅ Proven internal/corporate hiring experience
✅ Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search & headhunting skills
✅ Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
✅ Strong candidate assessment & interviewing skills
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Strong salary negotiation and offer-closing ability
✅ Ability to independently manage the complete hiring cycle — sourcing to joining
✅ Experience hiring Recruiters, Sales/BDM, Account Management and leadership talent is highly desirable
✅ Ability to work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers
✅ Strong ownership, urgency and accountability

🕕 Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST
📅 Workdays: Monday - Friday
💰 Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance Commission
🚕 Company Cab: Pickup & Drop
