Role Description The Ecommerce Management Specialist and GeM Portal is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across e-commerce platforms to drive sales and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online marketplaces and driving revenue growth.
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and buyer satisfaction.
Handle and manage the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
Upload and update products on the GeM Portal.
Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and tenders.
Coordinate with clients regarding GeM orders and inquiries.
Maintain records of orders, invoices, and documentation.
Monitor GeM opportunities and ensure timely submissions.
