Eterno Architects & Associates is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. We specialize in premium residential and commercial architecture, delivering elegant, innovative, and high-end design solutions across India and Canada.
We are seeking a creative professional with strong technical knowledge, design sensibility, and project coordination skills who can contribute to luxury architectural projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D concepts, presentations, and detailed documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams throughout project stages.
Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with project intent and quality standards.
Participate in design discussions, material selections, and space planning.
Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
Manage timelines, project deliverables, and coordination between departments.
Assist in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and client proposals.
Review project progress and provide technical support during execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project handling.
Strong design portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape
Revit (preferred)
Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
