Speech Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Speech Therapist to join our CIP (Child Intervention Program)team at NHCDC. The role involves providing high-quality intervention services to children with special needs, while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Activities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and submit on weekly basis.
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children as per goals outlined by the Developmental Pediatrician and the child’s intervention plan.
Maintain and complete daily log sheets.
Ensure strict adherence to all Clinical and Non-Clinical SOPs without deviation.
Qualifications And Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy
Diploma in Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT)
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Commitment to ethical and child-centered practice
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with children with developmental delays or communication disorders
Familiarity with multidisciplinary intervention approaches
