About iKounselor- iKounselor is a 25+ year-strong global education brand helping students secure admissions to top universities across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Ireland.
We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive who can take ownership of application operations, student coordination, university processing, and partner follow-ups.
🎯 What You'll Own
● Manage university & B2B applications end-to-end
● Conduct course & university searches for counsellors
● Verify academic & supporting documents
● Coordinate with students, universities & global partners
● Manage offer acceptance & application requirements
● Support IELTS/SAT bookings & initial visa forms
● Assist students with education loans & forex, coordinating with banks and students
● Coordinate visa documentation and processing
● Assist students with flight bookings & pre-departure requirements
● Handle invoices & application documentation
● Assist students with accommodation arrangements (on-campus/off-campus).
● Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth application processing
⭐ What We're Looking For
● 3–5 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / International Education Operations
● Strong understanding of the overseas education application process
● Experience coordinating with students, universities, partners and banks
● Excellent communication, follow-up & documentation skills
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications
