We are hiring an HR Recruiter for one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate documentation.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Hindi fluency is mandatory.
Candidates from North India are preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in blue-collar recruitment will be an advantage.
