Role Description The DMO role is a full-time, on-site position located in YSR. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day medical operations, including coordinating clinical workflows, monitoring service delivery, and supporting compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities may include assisting with patient scheduling processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating communication among clinical and administrative staff. The DMO will help identify operational challenges, suggest improvements, and support the implementation of protocols that enhance patient experience and safety. Collaboration with leadership and care teams will be key to maintaining consistent standards and efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
