We are looking for a proactive and passionate Influencer Marketing Coordinator – Trainee/Intern to join our team at At Buzz. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in influencer marketing, content coordination, and social media management.
Key responsibilities:
Influencer & model coordination:
Manage and grow our influencer and model community.
Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators aligned with client needs.
Share campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
Campaign execution:
Coordinate closely with the Account Manager for smooth campaign implementation.
Support on-ground shoots, logistics, and content deliveries.
Assist in tracking influencer submissions and content quality.
Social media management:
Support day-to-day operations of brand and internal social media handles.
Help in scheduling posts, community engagement, and content uploads.
Content & design support:
Create visual content using Canva for posts, stories, and presentations.
Edit short-form videos (reels, stories, etc.) using VN Video Editor.
Contribute ideas for campaigns and content across digital platforms.
What we're looking for:
Must have:
Interest in digital marketing, influencer trends, and content creation.
Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Proficiency in Canva.
Willingness to proactively participate in content creation for internal pages and brand content as and when required.
Good to have:
Familiarity with VN Video Editor.
Previous internship or college experience in marketing.
