Role Description The Ecommerce Intern will support the day-to-day operations of Perr Cherry’s online sales channels in an on-site role based in North Delhi. This internship involves assisting with product listings, updating content on ecommerce platforms, tracking inventory, and monitoring order flow. The intern will help respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with the sales and marketing teams, and compile performance reports for online campaigns. The role also includes basic data analysis on site traffic and conversion, competitor research, and contributing ideas to improve the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret ecommerce performance data and identify trends.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries and support a positive shopper experience.
Candidates should possess foundational E-Commerce and Sales skills to assist with listings, promotions, and order management.
Candidates should be proficient in using spreadsheets and online tools, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
Candidates should have interest in skincare and beauty, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, on-site environment in North Delhi.
