About the Role Lead Height is looking for a result-driven Meta Ads Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist who has strong hands-on experience in running and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. We strongly prefer candidates who have previously worked with a Digital Marketing Agency, as this role involves managing multiple client accounts across different industries, including both domestic and international clients. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients. • Handle campaigns across Facebook & Instagram for both domestic and international markets. • Manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously while maintaining campaign quality and performance. • Develop campaign strategies according to different business objectives such as: o Lead Generation o Website Conversions o Sales o Traffic o Engagement o Remarketing o Brand Awareness • Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies. • Work with Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Interest-Based & Behavioural Targeting. • Regularly monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS and other key performance metrics. • Continuously test and optimize: o Ad creatives o Copy o Audiences o Placements o Campaign structures o Bidding & budgets • Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions. • Explore and implement new Meta Ads methods, strategies, features and optimization techniques. • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide meaningful insights. • Coordinate with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. • Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and advertising policies. • Take ownership of campaign performance and work towards achieving client KPIs. What We Are Looking For • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing. • Candidates with previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be strongly preferred. • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts. • Experience handling both domestic and international campaigns will be an advantage. • Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Manager. • Good understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, audience targeting and remarketing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. • Comfortable working with performance-based targets and KPIs. • Must be willing to learn, test and implement new advertising methods rather than relying only on repetitive campaign structures. • Good communication and client-understanding skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
