We're Hiring: Operations Team Lead

📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
💼 Job Type: Full-time | On-site
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
👥 Team: 4–5 members
We’re looking for an Operations Team Lead who can take ownership of team management and drive customer acquisition.
What You'll Do:
• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members
• Drive customer acquisition and achieve team targets
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Guide, motivate, and support team members
• Manage day-to-day operations and team coordination
• Identify challenges and ensure smooth execution
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good team-management abilities
• Target-oriented and proactive mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in operations, sales, customer acquisition, or team management is a plus
