🚀 HR Intern – Recruitment & Team Operations
Want to experience what HR actually looks like inside a growing startup?
Gurukulya is looking for an HR Intern who wants more than just a certificate. You’ll work directly with our team and get hands-on experience in hiring, people management, team coordination, and HR operations.
This is a 3-month Work From Home internship where you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities from day one.
🔥 What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be involved in the complete employee journey — from finding candidates to managing the team after they join.
• 🔎 Source and screen candidates
• 📞 Communicate with applicants and conduct initial screening
• 📅 Coordinate interviews and hiring
• 🤝 Handle onboarding and team coordination
• 👥 Manage and communicate with team members
• 📊 Track attendance, performance and daily activities
• 💰 Maintain payroll & commission records
• 📋 Maintain employee and HR data
• 📈 Prepare HR reports and spreadsheets
• 🚀 Help improve our recruitment and team-management processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
You don't need years of HR experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• A college student, fresher, or aspiring HR professional
• Confident in communicating with people
• Organized and good at following up
• Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel
• Responsible and willing to take ownership
• A quick learner who wants to understand how startups actually operate
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
