Principal Architect – IP Core & Ethernet RTL

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Architect and Designer focused on IP core design and verification, Ethernet, RTL coding, and subsystem design and validation. The role involves architecting and designing IP cores and subsystems, defining specifications, and ensuring robust integration with existing platforms. Daily responsibilities include RTL coding, verification planning, testbench development, and working closely with validation teams to meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to refine architecture, resolve design issues, and optimize system-level performance. The Senior Architect and Designer will also provide technical leadership, review design work, and contribute to long-term architectural roadmaps and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including system-level thinking and IP/subsystem architectural planning.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration, with experience in RTL coding, verification environments, and integrating IP cores into larger systems.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
Relevant experience with digital design, Ethernet protocols, and hardware verification methodologies (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM) is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers and work effectively in an on-site team environment, are important.
