Job Title: Club Manager – Anytime Fitness (Gurgaon)
Location: Gurgaon, India
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (fixed) + Performance Incentives (up to ₹50,000/month)

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Club Manager to lead the club’s daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and train the sales team to drive gym membership sales
✅ Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and trainers to boost Personal Training (PT) revenue
✅ Manage day-to-day club operations including facility upkeep, expenses, and vendor management
✅ Hire, train, and oversee staff as needed (sales, housekeeping, etc.)
✅ Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain gym decorum
✅ Supervise and support execution of local marketing initiatives and oversee social media presence
✅ Track performance metrics and identify areas for growth or improvement
✅ Ensure alignment with Anytime Fitness brand standards and member expectations
Who Should Apply?
🔹 Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/operations/management role
🔹 Prior gym management experience is preferred, especially with chains like Anytime Fitness, Cult, Gold’s Gym, etc.
🔹 Open to candidates from other industries such as hospitality or premium retail, with strong team leadership and customer service skills
🔹 Proactive, organized, data-driven, and people-friendly professionals
🔹 Must be located within a commutable distance to Gurgaon or willing to relocate nearby
🔹 Strong communication, grooming, and multi-tasking skills
