Social Media Coordinator (Fashion)

ISHUE is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team in South Mumbai. The role combines strategy, content creation and day-to-day execution. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of fashion and luxury marketing, a refined visual sense, and an interest in growing a young fashion brand.
Responsibilities
Own the social media calendar, from planning and content strategy through to execution
Develop strategies aligned with ISHUE’s brand positioning and growth objectives
Oversee and maintain a cohesive brand identity across social platforms
Create and produce social-first content across Reels, Stories, carousels and other formats
Identify relevant fashion and luxury trends and translate them into brand-relevant opportunities
Plan and execute influencer, creator and brand collaborations
Support content shoots, launches and key brand moments
Support performance marketing and Meta campaigns, including creative testing and optimisation
Monitor social and campaign performance, using insights to drive content and growth decisions
Requirements
Understanding of fashion, luxury branding and digital marketing
Strong visual sensibility and eye for content
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, performance marketing and analytics
Strategic thinker with a strong execution skills
Proficiency in Canva, Inshot, or similar tools
Proactive, organised and able to take ownership
Based in Mumbai and available for a hybrid working setup
Previous experience in fashion/luxury is essential. This is a full-time role based in South Mumbai.
