Eduflute Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Part-Time Online System Design Tutor to conduct one-to-one online tutoring sessions for college and university students. We are seeking professionals who can teach software architecture, HLD, LLD, distributed systems, scalability, databases, APIs, and cloud-based system design through practical examples and real-world case studies.
Position Details
Job Type: Part-Time – Remote
Teaching Mode: One-to-One Sessions — No Batch Teaching
Student Level: College & University Students
Experience: 2–10 years preferred
Compensation: ₹450–₹500 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online System Design classes from beginner to advanced levels.
Teach High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) concepts.
Guide students with university projects, assignments, software architecture, and interview preparation.
Teach students how to design scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Explain real-world architectures through practical case studies.
Conduct mock system-design interviews and provide feedback.
Help students improve architectural thinking and technical problem-solving.
Create customized lesson plans according to each student's skill level and career goals.

Eligibility
2–10 years of experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent System Design knowledge, strong programming fundamentals, and excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, software development, architecture, or technical interview experience is an advantage.
Must own a laptop/desktop suitable for online teaching.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
Comfortable conducting live online classes with screen sharing, diagrams, coding, and architecture discussions.
Excellent English communication skills are required.
