Performance Marketing – Delivery Team

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Performance Marketing / Delivery professionals to join our Delivery Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, publisher management, campaign optimization, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle publisher accounts and maintain strong publisher relationships.
Coordinate with publishers for campaign execution, tracking, and delivery.
Identify, acquire, and onboard new publishers relevant to campaign requirements.
Manage publisher relationships and ensure consistent campaign performance.
Track and monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive improvements.
Work with tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
Ensure smooth campaign delivery and timely resolution of operational issues.
Manage campaign revenue and contribute towards scaling high-performing campaigns.
Prepare and maintain campaign performance reports and provide relevant insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and external publishers to ensure campaign objectives are met.
Required Skills & Experience
1.5–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Campaign Delivery.
Hands-on experience in publisher/account management and coordination.
Understanding of campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting.
Experience working with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar mobile attribution platforms.
Strong understanding of campaign delivery, revenue management, and scaling.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Mobile App Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing / Delivery Operations will be preferred.
