Growth & CRO Specialist

We are hiring a Growth & CRO Specialist. Full time, remote
(India), 25,000 to 40,000 INR per month, reviewed on results.
This seat owns one number: the conversion rate.
Our brands sell into North America. Our AI content engine
produces at scale. Our tracking shows us exactly where buyers
drop off. What nobody owns yet is why they drop and what we
change. That is this job.
What you will actually do:
- Map the customer journey for each brand, step by step, with
drop-off measured at every stage
- Own landing page and product page conversion: you decide what
each page says and shows, a designer builds it, you own
whether it converts
- Run a permanent testing program: one live A/B test at all
times, written hypothesis, decided outcome
- Produce ad creative with our AI stack, judged by CTR and CPA,
not taste
- Report weekly, in numbers: did the conversion rate move, and
because of what
Your machine runs from first impression to first completed
order. Retention and repeat purchase have their own owner: you
make strangers into customers, done brilliantly.
What this is not: social media management, pure design, or
set-and-forget ads.
We hire on evidence. The application is a 30-minute work-based
assessment: a funnel you map, a page you diagnose, hooks you
write. Every question tells you what it tests. A human reads
every submission and you hear back either way.
If you can show us a funnel you mapped, a leak you found, a test
you ran, and the number that moved, we want to read it.
