Role Description The Junior Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves assisting in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. The executive will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on key metrics and insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with design and content teams on ad creatives, managing budgets, refining targeting, and ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectives. The role also requires staying updated on performance marketing best practices, tools, and trends to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of performance marketing channels such as paid search, social ads, and display; familiarity with campaign setup and optimization.
Basic analytical skills, including experience with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms, and comfort working with data, KPIs, and performance reports.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as conversion funnels, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, development) to create effective, on-brand campaign assets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to time and task management.
Enthusiasm for learning new tools and techniques in performance marketing, AI-driven optimization, and growth strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Internship or project experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is an advantage; agency or startup exposure is a plus.
