Job Title: Portfolio Manager / Senior Portfolio Manager / Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

The Legacy Homes is expanding its Dubai sales team and is looking for ambitious and experienced real estate professionals for the following positions:
Portfolio Manager
Senior Portfolio Manager
Team Leader – Real Estate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of local and international property investors.
* Understand clients’ budgets, preferences, and investment objectives.
* Present suitable off-plan and ready-property opportunities.
* Generate business through company leads, calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
* Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and property viewings.
* Follow up consistently and guide clients through the complete sales process.
* Negotiate effectively and close property transactions.
* Maintain accurate client and sales updates in the company CRM.
* Stay updated on Dubai communities, developers, projects, and market trends.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Senior candidates will support junior team members in negotiations and closures.
* Team Leaders will manage lead distribution, monitor performance, coach the team, and drive overall revenue.
Requirements:
* Previous Dubai real estate sales experience is preferred.
* Senior Portfolio Managers should have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
* Team Leaders should have at least 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience, including team-handling experience.
* Proven sales and target-achievement record.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong client-management and follow-up abilities.
* Good knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and ready-property markets.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
* UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
