Junior Account Executive

We’re growing our Finance Team at Biotech Healthcare Group and looking for an Junior Accounts Executive to join our team.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduation
💼 Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
💰 Budget: ₹3–4 LPA
📄 Employment Type: Contractual Position
➡️ This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity. Based on performance, suitability, and business requirements, the position may be converted to a permanent/on-roll role.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Support finance activities for overseas subsidiaries
🔹 Record financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations
🔹 Handle entry-level AP & AR activities
🔹 Process transactions through banking portals as required
🔹 Assist with vendor/ledger reconciliation and payment processing
🔹 Coordinate with stakeholders across different countries
🔹 Work with SAP and other financial systems
Basic Requirements
✅ Good understanding of accounting principles
✅ Basic knowledge of AP & AR processes
✅ Good communication skills and proficiency in English
✅ Good understanding of Excel and MS Office
✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
✅ Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
✅ Comfortable working with international teams/stakeholders
⭐ SAP experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
