Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) – Smart Dispute
Experience: 8–15 Years

Certification: Pega LSA Part 1 – Mandatory
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong hands-on experience in Pega Smart Dispute / Dispute Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and architectural leadership, designing scalable Pega solutions, and guiding development teams on complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Pega Smart Dispute / Dispute Management solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Pega development teams.
Design and review Pega applications, case types, workflows, integrations, and data models.
Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices, architecture standards, and performance guidelines.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise integration patterns.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide appropriate architectural solutions.
Conduct design reviews and mentor senior developers and architects.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills
8–15 years of overall Pega experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Pega Smart Dispute / Dispute Management.
Pega LSA Part 1 certification is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Pega architecture and Case Management.
Good understanding of Pega application design, rule resolution, integrations, and performance tuning.
Experience with REST/SOAP, APIs, data modeling, and enterprise integrations.
Strong experience in designing and implementing complex Pega solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor Pega teams.
Good to Have
LSA Part 2 certification.
Experience with Pega Customer Service.
Experience with Pega Constellation.
Banking / Financial Services / Cards / Payments domain experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise-scale Pega implementations.
