ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Python Development Intern, you will assist in developing applications, automation scripts, backend functionality, and software solutions using Python.
The role will provide practical exposure to Python programming, application development, APIs, databases, automation, testing, and debugging.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and scripts
• Assist in building backend functionality and application features
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code
• Assist in connecting applications with databases
• Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes
• Assist in improving application performance and functionality
• Document code, processes, and project requirements
• Collaborate with developers and team members on Python development projects
ELIGIBILITY
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field
• Strong interest in Python programming and software development
• Willingness to learn and work on practical development projects
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python
• Understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts
• Basic knowledge of APIs and databases is preferred
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred
• Knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas or Flask is an advantage
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
