Vistoma Digital is Hiring: Strategy & Business Development Intern
Vistoma Digital is a young digital marketing agency working across performance marketing, SEO, websites, content, and strategic marketing solutions.
We’re looking for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business development, sales, growth strategy, brand building, and client acquisition.
What you’ll work on:
Researching and identifying potential clients
Lead generation, cold outreach, calls, and follow-ups
LinkedIn and email prospecting
Managing the sales pipeline
Supporting pitches, proposals, and client conversations
Market and competitor research
Content strategy and ideas for Vistoma Digital
Coordinating with the creative team for execution
Who should apply:
MBA / BBA / BMS / BCom / Marketing / Entrepreneurship students or recent graduates who are:
Confident communicators
Proactive and self-driven
Interested in sales, marketing, and strategy
Comfortable speaking with founders and business owners
Good at research and follow-ups
Hybrid — Pune/Remote
Base stipend + performance incentives
PPO opportunity for high-performing interns
You’ll work closely with the founders and gain practical exposure to how a digital agency acquires clients, builds its brand, and develops new business opportunities.
