As a Front Office Agent, you will bring that promise to life through every interaction with our guests.
At DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake, we create memorable stays for guests from around the world. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from arrival through departure.
You will be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience through efficient check-in and check-out services, responding to guest needs, and providing personalized service throughout their stay. Beyond front desk operations, you will serve as an ambassador of our brand, creating meaningful connections and memorable moments that inspire guests to return again and again.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
Previous experience in a guest service or front office role within the hotel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service.

応募に必要な条件
ホテル業界におけるゲストサービスまたはフロントオフィス業務の経験がある方大歓迎。
ゲストからの問い合わせや苦情に対し、プロフェッショナルに対応できる優れたコミュニケーション能力を有していること。
高いマルチタスク能力を持ち、忙しい環境においても冷静かつプロフェッショナルに業務を遂行できること。
英語力を有していること。その他の言語スキルがあれば尚可。
夜勤、週末、祝日を含むシフト勤務に対応できること。
前向きな姿勢を持ち、卓越したゲストサービスを提供することへの強い情熱があること。
