Your Role and Responsibilities
· Responsible for reviewing sales orders and verifying order entries (creat/change/cancel) in the system, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of order data entry.
· Archiving and organizing contracts and related business documents (including paper documents and electronic files);
· Responsible for improving the function of order processing system (SAP mainly) and problem solving; Promote the construction of order entry and order check automation project.
· Cooperate with internal and external audit, provide relevant information, complete the audit requirements; Find out the inconsistencies between actual operation and audit requirements, and promote the improvement of the process.
Qualifications for the Role
·Bachelor degree or above
·In international economics and trade, business administration, business management and related major
·English CET-4 or above, proficient in English reading, writing and speaking
· Proficient in MS office, SAP, familiar with Power BI is preferred
