About the Role
Provide high-quality investment operation data service to support company daily operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Upload, recon and rectify the breaks for daily transactions in Group system
Raise and follow up all group system local related enhancement
Security master creation and maintenance across group and local systems
Recon group system with local trading system to ensure the data accuracy
Work with IT team to setup and maintain operation data standards and policies
Work with IT team manage & improve investment operation data quality in Investment Data Warehouse
Any operation work related to operation data management
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
Strong business sense and understanding of financial industry and investment activities
Strong capabilities and working knowledge in reconciliation or data management operation
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to multi-task
2+ years of working experience in investment operations
