About the Role
Recruiting Genie LLP is looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to take ownership of recruitment projects from requirement gathering to successful closure.
This is a hands-on recruitment role. You will actively source and evaluate candidates while working directly with hiring managers to understand requirements, manage expectations and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
What You’ll Do
· Speak directly with hiring managers to understand and clarify hiring requirements.
· Plan and manage recruitment projects from sourcing to offer closure.
· Actively source, screen and shortlist relevant candidates.
· Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews.
· Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.
· Manage candidate pipelines and follow up to keep projects moving.
· Identify challenges in the hiring process and take corrective action.
· Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining candidate quality.
· Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment/staffing/search firm.
· Strong sourcing, screening and candidate management skills.
· Comfortable communicating directly with hiring managers and clients.
· Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment assignments.
· Strong follow-up, coordination and ownership mindset.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
