Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in Madurai. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain user-facing features for Truwave’s web applications, ensuring a responsive, accessible, and intuitive user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into clean, efficient code, optimizing applications for performance, and troubleshooting frontend issues across browsers and devices. The role involves close collaboration with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to implement new features and refine existing workflows. The developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of frontend standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Front-End Development with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (React and Next) , HTML, and CSS.
Hands-on experience in Responsive Web Design and Web Development, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Understanding of Software Development principles, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs to effectively integrate frontend and backend services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with UI/UX designers and translating wireframes or mockups into functional interfaces.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and follow coding standards.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in Madurai as part of a multidisciplinary team.
