Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Estimator located in Ahmedabad. The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, analyzing project requirements, calculating costs, identifying potential risks, and preparing detailed reports. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals. The estimator will also assist in reviewing bid documents and maintaining cost databases to enhance estimation accuracy.
Qualifications
Proficiency in cost estimation, budget analysis, and project cost forecasting
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for preparing accurate assessments
Experience in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans and specifications
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
Proficiency in software tools used for cost estimation and project management
Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
Prior experience in civil estimation or construction project management preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
