Key responsibilities
• Collect and organize financial and business data for analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries using Excel.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Compare actual results with budgets and identify significant variances.
• Maintain financial data trackers and reporting spreadsheets.
• Perform basic financial calculations and data validation.
• Assist with revenue, expense, cost, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare charts, tables, and summaries for internal reporting.
• Research and organize relevant business and financial information.
• Support preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Identify inconsistencies or missing information in financial datasets.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned analysis.
