Brand Copywriter & Content Strategist - Nashik

Brand Kicks is a full-stack GTM partner for D2C brands. We build the brand, the digital presence and the growth engine, in the right sequence, under one roof. Most agencies start with a brief. We start with evidence: we study the category, define the ICP, and find exactly where the customer hits friction on the way to saying yes. Nothing gets written until that exists. Everything you'll write here answers to it.
This is not a copywriter job. It's a job for someone who thinks like a brand strategist and happens to write for a living.
If your idea of a normal Tuesday is moving from a founder's boardroom deck to a nineteen-second UGC hook to a tagline that has to survive an entire leadership team's opinions, and none of that rattles you, keep reading.
This role is for you if:
You understand brand strategy at the bone, not as a checklist. Ad copy, UGC scripts, brand film scripts and a forty-slide strategy deck aren't different jobs to you. They're the same idea, dressed for different rooms.
You write fluently in English and Hindi, and neither one sounds like it's translating the other.
You can stand in front of a client and defend an idea out loud, not just send it by email and hope it lands.
You've written for performance (ads that had to convert) and for prestige (decks that had to win trust). You know those are two different skills, and you've got both.
What you'll actually do:
Own brand narrative and messaging across client accounts: strategy decks, taglines, brand film scripts, UGC and influencer scripts, and performance ad copy. Set the creative direction and voice for content across client social platforms. (You own the calendar and the point of view. You're not the one hitting publish every day.)
Where and how:
Nashik. Remote for now. We're moving toward hybrid or in-office within a few months as the studio scales, and we'll be upfront with you about that timeline as it firms up.
Compensation: as per industry standards, based on experience and the strength of your portfolio.
Before you apply, prove it:
a) Send us your work. Not a resume line that says you've "handled" brand content. Actual samples: an ad, a script, a deck, a tagline you're genuinely proud of.
b) Then pick a brand you admire. In 100 words: what's their positioning, brand voice, and why it truly resonates with customers (not what their About page claims).
c) Then tell us, in 100 words, why we should hire you. Not the safe version. The version that makes us want to keep reading.
