As a team member, you will be responsible for handling the EDMCS application support for the client. Should possess knowledge of the EDMCS cloud application.
Responsibilities:
Support the EDMCS application for the client.
Work closely with the team.
Good knowledge of incident management.
To work on small enhancements in EDMCS.
Requirements:
Must have Skills: Should possess good knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Data Management system (EDMCS) application or Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM).
Good to have Skills: Certification in Oracle Enterprise Data Management system (EDMCS) application or in Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM).
Good understanding of security, workflow, hierarchies, properties, validation rules, exports, and extracts.
Additional Information:
Good communication skills, as the candidate will be speaking in calls and writing emails directly to the client.
Good at relationship building.
