Business Development Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident and proactive Business Development professional who can generate new business, pitch our services and manage client relationships end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and outreach.
* Identify and connect with founders, CEOs and marketing decision-makers.
* Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
* Manage client communication and relationships after conversion.
* Coordinate with creative, branding, social media and development teams.
* Drive repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
* Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and regular sales reports.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Confident, articulate and presentable.
* Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
* Proactive, target-oriented and self-driven.
* Ability to independently handle clients and meetings.
* Good understanding of branding, marketing and digital services.
* Agency/advertising/branding experience preferred.
