We are looking for a motivated Software Associate (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will work with experienced developers and project teams to understand requirements, contribute to software development activities, troubleshoot issues, and support the delivery of reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business and technical requirements and assist in translating them into software solutions.
Support the development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software applications.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues and bugs.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and project managers.
Participate in code reviews and follow established development practices.
Assist in integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Maintain technical documentation and project-related records.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or C#.
Understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and basic database concepts.
