Design Office Engineer

Lead end-to-end design of heavy adapted products, including solution selection, component sizing, and technical validation.
Translate customer functional requirements into safe, reliable, cost-effective, and producible engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable IEC/EN standards, destination-country requirements, product markings, and CE documentation.
Prepare and maintain product codification, bills of materials, data plates, production cycles, technical files, and customer documentation.
Define, coordinate, and validate product qualification tests conducted internally or through external suppliers and laboratories.
Assess technical feasibility and support presales teams in developing competitive proposals aligned with product strategy.
Manage suppliers with Purchasing, including technical specifications, supplier and product qualification, and component obsolescence.
Drive continuous improvement through technical scouting, solution standardisation, design guidelines, knowledge sharing, and training.
