ISON is looking for an experienced Sr. Server Administrator to join our team in Noida.
Location: Noida
Experience: 2-3.5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / BE / B.Tech / MCSE
Key Skills Required:
• Strong experience in Windows Server Administration & troubleshooting
• MCSE/MCSA certification preferred
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, IIS, SQL & Web Services
• Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, ACLs & Switching
• Experience with Windows virtualization solutions and enterprise server platforms
• Knowledge of centralized server setup & server imaging solutions
• Hands-on experience with Wireshark/packet capture tools
• Understanding of cluster architecture, CDNs & Load Balancers
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud & centralized server solutions
• Linux knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience with ACD / IVR / Outbound Diallers is a plus

Ability to work in a 24×7 support environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive service excellence
