HR Executive – Hiring & Client Coordination

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy HR Executive to take complete ownership of a high-volume hiring account. This is a hands-on role focused on calling, coordination, relationship building, candidate management, and closing positions.
What You’ll Do
Make regular calls to stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and follow up on open positions.
Coordinate the complete hiring process from requirement gathering to joining.
Manage open positions simultaneously.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for Customer Sales Executive, Managerial, and other frontline roles.
Build strong relationships and trust with clients and candidates.
Coordinate interviews, selections, offers, documentation, and joining.
Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Take complete ownership of the account and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable spending most of the day on calls and follow-ups.
Strong ownership, energy, and execution skills.
Good relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable handling high-volume recruitment and multiple positions at once.
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, telecalling, or client coordination is preferred.
