Campaign Organizer

Paranubhuti Foundation invites proactive and creative individuals to collaborate as Campaign Organizers on a volunteer or freelance basis. The role involves developing and executing fundraising, awareness and social-impact campaigns with creative engagement ideas that can attract public participation, donors, sponsors and supporters.
The Campaign Organizer will be responsible for generating donor and sponsor leads, approaching potential supporters and collaborators, identifying and finalizing suitable campaign locations, obtaining necessary permissions, and coordinating with venues, institutions, corporates and other stakeholders.
The role requires taking ownership of campaigns from start to finish, including planning, team coordination, logistics, campaign materials, volunteer management, on-ground execution, follow-ups and successful completion of activities. Individuals who can independently plan, communicate, coordinate and get things done are especially encouraged to collaborate.
This is a flexible collaborative opportunity with scope for future paid assignments, extended responsibilities, leadership roles and other professional opportunities based on performance, contribution and organizational requirements.
