Role Description The Campus Ambassador Programme Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and scaling HYPEDIN’s campus ambassador initiatives. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring campus ambassadors across multiple colleges, ensuring they effectively represent partner brands and HYPEDIN on campus. The leader will design and implement engagement strategies, coordinate campus events and activations, and track performance metrics to optimize campaign impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams, maintaining strong relationships with college societies and administrations, and providing clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders. The role also requires preparing presentations, reports, and feedback loops to continuously improve programme outcomes and ambassador experiences.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Presentations skills to engage campus ambassadors, college stakeholders, and brand partners.
Marketing and Sales abilities to support campaign planning, brand positioning, and conversion-focused initiatives.
Networking skills to build and maintain relationships with college societies, student leaders, and campus administrations.
Experience leading student or youth-focused programmes, events, or communities is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Comfort with data tracking, basic reporting, and using digital tools to monitor campaign and ambassador performance.
