Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Appian Technical Architect with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development and architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and delivering end-to-end Appian BPM and intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
6+ years of experience in Appian development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of Appian Objects, including:
Records, Reports, Tasks, News, Sites, Actions
Expression Rules, Interface Rules, Query Rules, Constants
Process Models, CDTs, Decisions, Groups, Feeds
Web APIs, Integrations, Connected Systems, and Data Stores
Experience with one or more end-to-end Appian BPM implementations.
Strong knowledge of Appian Process, Solution, and Infrastructure Architecture.
Experience with Appian infrastructure concepts, including:
In-Memory KDB Engines
Application Sizing
Vertical and Horizontal Scaling
Knowledge of Application Servers such as JBOSS and TOMCAT and Web Servers such as Apache.
Strong experience integrating Appian with REST and SOAP Web Services.
Experience with ESB technologies such as MuleSoft.
Hands-on experience developing Appian Plugins, including:
Experience with Embedded SAIL.
Knowledge of J2EE Design Patterns and Technologies, including JSP, Java Servlets, EJB, and JDBC.
Experience working with SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools such as:
Jenkins
Ansible
Bitbucket
GitHub
XLR
SonarQube
Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium and Tosca.
Mandatory Certification
Appian Lead Developer Certification – Mandatory
