We are looking for an AI & Data Analytics Trainer to join our Learning Centre in Warangal and deliver industry-focused training across two programmes:
1. Data Analytics with AI
2. Generative AI Development
The role is ideal for someone who has built real-world projects, understands AI and data technologies deeply, and can teach both absolute beginners and advanced learners.

What We Expect
You should be able to:
Write and explain advanced SQL, including execution plans
Clean and analyse real-world datasets using Python/Pandas
Build Power BI dashboards, star schemas and DAX measures
Work with LLM APIs and structured outputs
Build and evaluate RAG applications
Develop secure Natural Language → SQL solutions
Measure and optimise AI/API costs
Teach Python to absolute beginners
Debug technical problems live and explain your reasoning
Your Responsibilities
Conduct both theory and hands-on practical sessions
Mentor students through industry-oriented projects
Evaluate student work using defined rubrics
Ensure students build and deploy live projects
Enforce responsible and transparent AI usage
Help students develop problem-solving and technical reasoning
Identify students who may be better suited to a different learning path
Keep curriculum and tools updated as AI evolves
Our focus is on learning outcomes, not session completion. Students should leave each tier with something they can build, explain and showcase publicly.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics and/or Generative AI
Industry experience building, analysing or deploying real projects
Strong Python and SQL fundamentals
Practical experience with LLMs, RAG and AI applications
Ability to teach both beginners and advanced learners
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Willingness to demonstrate technical concepts live
Fluent Telugu is mandatory
English and Hindi communication skills are preferred
Teaching/training experience is an advantage
Good to have: dbt, Airflow, Streamlit, FastAPI, Docker, cloud platforms, LangChain, LangGraph, fine-tuning, Tableau, or experience with Indian-language/code-mixed NLP.
Selection Process
1. Portfolio Review – Show us your real projects, GitHub, dashboards or deployed applications.
2. Technical Interview – Pro-level discussion across Data Analytics and Generative AI.
3. 30-Minute Teaching Demo – Teach a technical topic to a beginner audience.
4. Evaluation Exercise – Assess a student submission against a defined rubric.
