Job Description
Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects and enhancements.
Partner with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, QA, UX, and third-party vendors.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning.
Coordinate integrations with payment gateways, OMS, CRM, ERP, PIM, loyalty platforms, and marketing tools.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
Monitor project KPIs, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Manage UAT production
Required Skills:
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or CommerceTools.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud technologies, and web technologies.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and project governance.
Knowledge of digital commerce processes including checkout, payments, fulfillment, promotions, and customer journeys.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
12+ years of project/program management experience.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
Experience managing distributed/global teams.
