Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor capsule
manufacturing activities as per approved SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Operate and supervise
capsule filling, polishing, sorting, and related production equipment.
Ensure adherence to
production plans and achievement of daily manufacturing targets.
Maintain batch manufacturing
records and other production documentation accurately.
Monitor in-process checks
and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with QA, QC,
Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with cGMP,
EHS, and Data Integrity requirements.
Participate in
investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement
initiatives.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S
standards in the production area.
