About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people-related activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and understand how people operations work in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
Follow up with candidates and help ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and organize HR-related documents and reports.
Update attendance, leave, and employee information.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Help gather employee feedback and support employee communication initiatives.
Assist with employee surveys and engagement programs.
Support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and workplace culture.
HR Support
Respond to basic employee queries and direct complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
Assist with HR policies, processes, and internal communications.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
Good written and verbal English.
Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Previous internship, campus recruitment, volunteering, or organizational experience is a plus.
