Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Siliguri. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline across target sectors and regions. The role includes meeting prospective clients, presenting AD-JEET’s advertising and branding solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with business objectives. The executive will manage and grow key accounts, ensure timely coordination with internal teams for campaign execution, and maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes. Regular market visits, competitor tracking, and reporting on performance metrics will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion.
Strong understanding of Business and commercial processes, with the capacity to analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Experience in Account Management, including relationship building, retention, and upselling within existing client portfolios.
Prior experience in advertising, branding, marketing, or related industries is preferred.
Comfort with on-ground client visits across North Bengal and Sikkim; willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or sales tracking software).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented work approach with the ability to operate independently and meet revenue targets.
Own two-wheeler / valid license preferred
